A public roundatable will be hosted at USPTO headquarters in Alexandria on Spetember 6, from 1:30 to 4:30. Participation is free and open to the public, and is also accessible through an internet simulcast.
The session begins with a presentation on First-Inventor-to-File proposed rules and examination guidelines. A number of prominent representatives will then have approximately 10 minutes to provide their own commentary, to be followed by open discussion.
Information about the session can be found at the USPTO website: http://www.uspto.gov/aia_implementation/120906-fitf-rountable-agenda.pdf
