The Council on Financial Assistance Reform (COFAR) will be hosting a day-long uniform grant guidance training web event on January 27th. As Victoria Collins explained at the recent Federal Demonstration Partnership meeting in Washington, DC, the event will be a series of topical sessions and the whole event will be recorded for later viewing so you need not devote an entire day to watching the event.
