The ILAR Journal has published the Proceedings of the Symposium on Animal Welfare and Scientific Research: 1985 to 2010. This symposium was held in October 2010 to commemorate 25 years of biomedical research conducted under the U.S. Government Principles, the PHS Policy on Humane Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, and the Animal Welfare Act and Regulations.
