InfoEd’s Support team will be facilitating rotating ITEMS best practices sessions later this month at the UGM in Saratoga Spring, NY. These sessions will cover ITEMS, ITEMS Support, and Quality Assurance, as well as related topics that matter most to our users. In addition to valuable information on using ITEMS, the Support team will offer hands-on, one-to-one discussions to address your specific questions.
During the sessions, we will go over our internal processes, provide recommendations for how best to reflect those processes at your institution, and provide tips and tricks for getting the most out of the ITEMS system. Real-time viewings of the ITEMS portal will allow us to demonstrate ITEMS and address any questions that require visual answers. Further, you’ll get a chance to meet the InfoEd primary Product Engineer that is assigned to work with your institution.
We highly recommend new users join our sessions as an introduction and for guidance on the use of ITEMS.
