Extension of after hour phone service for S2S Submission Support

As we are all aware submission deadline dates can be very intense when dealing with an S2S issue. Our S2S Submission Support team is staffed in the office from 7:00 am (EST) – 8:00 pm (EST) to provide technical assistance for clients submitting for deadlines throughout the continental United States.

As an effort to enhance our service offerings in this area, we have extended our support phone service until 8:00 pm (EST). This provides our PD user community with the ability to get in touch by phone with our Product Engineers  regarding S2S issues for an additional 2 hours after our normal phone services are closed for the evening.

We want to make sure that we are doing all we can to support our client base in what can turn out to be crisis situations.

In order to reach us by phone after 6:00 pm (EST), please call directly into the main office line (518) 713-4200. The voice mail will direct you to the appropriate extension which will automatically transfer you to our S2S team.

Please note that this phone line is intended for S2S related questions and issues only. Non-S2S inquiries should carry over to our next business day.
