Recently, a number of clients experienced problems when entering issues in I.T.E.M.S. A user would log in and then click the Add New Issue link, and they would immediately be logged out of the system. Originally, we were unable to recreate this issue, as it did not consistently happen. However, after some further testing and some additional details from clients, we were able to isolate what was causing the problem, and now it has been resolved. If you were one of the clients running into this issue, please make sure that you empty your cache, close all your browser windows, and start fresh. This will ensure that any old I.T.E.M.S. sessions that have been used when the problem was occurring have been cleared out. I.T.E.M.S. should be functioning again as expected and the system should be able to be accessed as needed.
