Corrections to OLAW Guidance Resources on Departures from the Guide

Corrections have been made on several resource materials providing guidance on reporting departures from the Guide. On the Table of Reporting Requirements (PDF – 75 KB), Section C.1. Should reporting requirement: Report to IO was changed from “Semiannual report” to “No”. On the Webinar Transcript (October 4, 2012) (PDF – 141 KB) and Webinar Slides (October 4, 2012) (PDF – 294 KB), the Guide page number referenced on slide 22 was changed from 3 to 35. All other guidance is unchanged. Be sure to reference the current versions of these materials. Learn more at Departures from the Guide.
