UGM 2013 – Lake Buena Vista, Florida – Walt Disney World
We are very pleased to announce that the InfoEd Global 2013 User Group Meeting will be held in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, May 20 – 23, 2013. The event is still several months away, but it is never too soon to start planning our program.
Our hope is to have the agenda posted as soon as possible. We particularly want to encourage participation by “business owners” – administrators from the grants and contracts, IRB, IACUC, Safety, COI, and Technology Transfer offices. The program will focus on business issues like implementing Conflicts of Interest policies electronically and preparing complex (e.g., P01) applications for NIH in Proposal Development.
Following on the positive reviews of the poster session initiated at the 2012 UGM, we will be working closely with the ICAG to expand that for 2013. We want to particularly encourage presentations focusing on business process – how your institution uses InfoEd to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Posters related to implementation strategies and technical practices are also welcome.
