Consistent with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Memorandum M-14-17 published September 30, 2014, OMB has opened a survey for non-Federal stakeholders to provide feedback on the impact of Uniform Guidance and the extent to which it achieve’s COFAR’s goal of reducing administrative burden and risk associated with waste, fraud, and abuse. The survey will be open through march 17, 2015.
